Crust:
πΒ 300 g sunflower seeds
πΒ 100 g raw cacao or raw carob powder
πΒ 65 g honey
πΒ 50 g coconut butter
πΒ 20 g water
πΒ 15 drops of lemon essential oils (you can choose what flavours you want; the sky is the limit; just make sure that those essential oils are labelled as food supplements)
Black Currant Cream:

Β 200 g raw cashew nuts

Β 200 g raw blackcurrant
β
Β 200 g water
β
Β 60 g honey
β
Β 90 g coconut butter
Strawberry Cream:
πΒ 200 g raw cashew nuts
πΒ 300 g raw strawberries
πΒ 250 g water
πΒ 80 g honey
πΒ 90 g coconut butter
Cashew Nuts Cream:
π₯Β 300 g raw cashew nuts
π₯Β 300 g water
π₯Β 50 g honey
π₯Β 80 g coconut butter
π₯1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
You mix together all the ingredients for each cake layer and each layer should stay in the freezer 3-4 hours. Once one layer is frozen you add the other one and so on.
