Crust:
๐ย 300 g sunflower seeds
๐ย 100 g raw cacao or raw carob powder
๐ย 65 g honey
๐ย 50 g coconut butter
๐ย 20 g water
๐ย 15 drops of lemon essential oils (you can choose what flavours you want; the sky is the limit; just make sure that those essential oils are labelled as food supplements)
Black Currant Cream:

ย 200 g raw cashew nuts
โ
ย 200 g raw blackcurrant
โ
ย 200 g water
โ
ย 60 g honey
โ
ย 90 g coconut butter

Strawberry Cream:
๐ย 200 g raw cashew nuts
๐ย 300 g raw strawberries
๐ย 250 g water
๐ย 80 g honey
๐ย 90 g coconut butter
Cashew Nuts Cream:
๐ฅย 300 g raw cashew nuts
๐ฅย 300 g water
๐ฅย 50 g honey
๐ฅย 80 g coconut butter
๐ฅ1 teaspoon of vanilla powder
You mix together all the ingredients for each cake layer and each layer should stay in the freezer 3-4 hours. Once one layer is frozen you add the other one and so on.
