Crust:

πŸŽ‚Β 65 g honey
πŸŽ‚Β 50 g coconut butter
πŸŽ‚Β 20 g water
πŸŽ‚Β 15 drops of lemon essential oils (you can choose what flavours you want; the sky is the limit; just make sure that those essential oils are labelled as food supplements)

Black Currant Cream:
βœ…Β 200 g raw cashew nuts
βœ…Β 200 g raw blackcurrant
βœ…Β 200 g water
βœ…Β 60 g honey
βœ…Β 90 g coconut butter

Recipe for Happy Birthday Raw Vegan Cake With Blackcurrant & Strawberries

Strawberry Cream:
πŸ“Β 200 g raw cashew nuts
πŸ“Β 300 g raw strawberries
πŸ“Β 250 g water
πŸ“Β 80 g honey
πŸ“Β 90 g coconut butter

Cashew Nuts Cream:
πŸ₯œΒ 300 g raw cashew nuts
πŸ₯œΒ 300 g water
πŸ₯œΒ 50 g honey
πŸ₯œΒ 80 g coconut butter
πŸ₯œ1 teaspoon of vanilla powder

You mix together all the ingredients for each cake layer and each layer should stay in the freezer 3-4 hours. Once one layer is frozen you add the other one and so on.
