Crust:
๐ŸŽ‚ย 300 g sunflower seeds
๐ŸŽ‚ย 100 g raw cacao or raw carob powder
๐ŸŽ‚ย 65 g honey
๐ŸŽ‚ย 50 g coconut butter
๐ŸŽ‚ย 20 g water
๐ŸŽ‚ย 15 drops of lemon essential oils (you can choose what flavours you want; the sky is the limit; just make sure that those essential oils are labelled as food supplements)

Black Currant Cream:
โœ…ย 200 g raw cashew nuts
โœ…ย 200 g raw blackcurrant
โœ…ย 200 g water
โœ…ย 60 g honey
โœ…ย 90 g coconut butter

Recipe for Happy Birthday Raw Vegan Cake With Blackcurrant & Strawberries

Strawberry Cream:
๐Ÿ“ย 200 g raw cashew nuts
๐Ÿ“ย 300 g raw strawberries
๐Ÿ“ย 250 g water
๐Ÿ“ย 80 g honey
๐Ÿ“ย 90 g coconut butter

Cashew Nuts Cream:
๐Ÿฅœย 300 g raw cashew nuts
๐Ÿฅœย 300 g water
๐Ÿฅœย 50 g honey
๐Ÿฅœย 80 g coconut butter
๐Ÿฅœ1 teaspoon of vanilla powder

You mix together all the ingredients for each cake layer and each layer should stay in the freezer 3-4 hours. Once one layer is frozen you add the other one and so on.
