❤️😍📣 Lavender Raw Vegan Cake With Cranberries & Vanilla📣😍❤️
Crust:
🎂 100 g sunflower seeds
🎂 25 g raw cacao or raw carob powder
🎂 15 g honey
🎂 20 g coconut butter
🎂 15 g water
🎂 5 drops of lavender essential oil*** (you can choose what flavours you want; the sky is the limit; just make sure that those essential oils are labelled as food supplements)
Cranberries Cream:
✅ 50 g raw cashew nuts
✅ 100 g raw cranberries
✅ 20 g honey
✅ 50 g water (add water as much as needed to get the consistency of pudding when it is almost ready ..it has to be not very liquid, but not too creamy)
✅ 30 g coconut butter
Vanilla Cream:
🥜 100 g raw cashew nuts
🥜 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla powder
🥜 20 g honey
🥜 100 g water (add water as much as needed to get the consistency of pudding when it is almost ready ..it has to be not very liquid, but not too creamy)
🥜 35 g coconut butter
*** Make sure you choose an essential oil which is labelled as a food supplement.
You mix together all the ingredients for each cake layer and each layer should stay in the freezer 3-4 hours. Once one layer is frozen you add the other one and so on. Serving 5 adults not very hungry. 😀
