Veggie Beetroot Juice Rocks

💚 Beetroot Juice - energizer and a hero of the immune system💚

Ingredients for beetroot juice (serving 2 adults and one kid):

         ✔️ 2 medium beetroots
         ✔️ 3 medium carrots
         ✔️ 1 apple
         ✔️ 1 orange
         ✔️ 1 celery
         ✔️ 1 cm of ginger root or 1 drop of ginger essential oil
        *Make sure the essential oil is labelled as a food supplement.
          ✅ You mix them all together in a juicer machine which is working for leaves and roots as well
